Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where is your office/store located?
    We do not have a physical store or office yet. We are from Cebu City, Philippines. 

2. What modes of payment do you accept?
    Cash upon meetup, or through bank transfer (BPI). Payments can also be sent through Cebuana, MLhuillier, or Palawan Pawnshop. A 50% security deposit or downpayment is required before we start making your orders. This is because some would cancel their orders in the middle of production. Balance should be paid upon delivery of completed invitations/souvenirs/custom party supplies, or for customers outside Cebu, before we bring your orders to the courier.

3. How to order?
    Use the contact form, email or text us. Or leave us a message at our Facebook page. For our handmade invitations, lead time is usually 3-5 weeks for 50-100 pieces invitations. Papeladik does not accept rush orders because I make the invites myself. Wedding date or event date should be at least in 2 months before we take the job order. 

4. Pickup, meetup, shipping policies
     a. For orders of non-invitations (e.g. souvenirs, souvenir materials, party supplies). Please observe the minimum order quantity. You can pickup your orders at our place near Shopwise Mambaling or at Metro Wholesale Mart in Colon. Meetups are scheduled (usually done every weekend), so no rush meetups please.  
     b. For customers outside Cebu. Customer pays for shipping and bank fees. NO FREE SHIPPING. Shipping rates vary depending on weight and size of your orders. Shipping is scheduled, so no rush shipping as well. 

5. About invitations, souvenirs/favors, party supplies
    Materials/supplies (e.g. paper, ribbons, accents like rhinestones or gems) used in our invitations, souvenirs and party supplies may become unavailable at some point. We will substitute them with the closest alternative we can find. 

6. Courier and delivery
    Our preferred courier is JRS Express. If your area is unreachable by them, next option is LBC. Note that LBC's rates are higher compared to JRS'.

7. I have sent you a message on FB, a text message, and an email about my orders. Why are you not replying? Often, I can see or read your messages. But I can only find the opportunity to reply to them at night, when my children are asleep. We do not have a yaya for the baby nor a househelp, so during the day I am usually busy with chores or with my children. Please wait for confirmation of your order. They will be processed within 1-5 days. 

8. I am calling you on your mobile phone. Why aren't you answering? From my answer on no. 7, I think it's apparent already that Papeladik is most often a one-mom show. You can leave your SUN no. or your Cebu landline and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
